2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted payment options.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Customers:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges or be non-refundable.
  • Cancellations by Ramble Adventure:
    • We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Liability & Safety

  • While we prioritize safety, participation in adventure activities involves some risks. Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
  • Ramble Adventure is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour. Travelers are advised to have personal travel insurance.
  • Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed before booking.

5. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Customers must respect local laws, culture, and traditions while participating in our tours.
  • Any damage to property or misconduct during the trip may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
